“…is she a permanent resident…”

Dear Boss, I would think a man (assuming “The Boss” is a man) would have as a pet a dingo ( being the Australian dog). But a blue healer is also a good choice. I am wondering if Bluey’s new girlfriend makes him happy or is she just a neighboring friend who comes over occasionally to get doggy lovin’, or is she a permanent resident at Bluey’s home? Please keep me up dated on the life of Bluey and Cheeky. Does “The Boss” have a name?

*Reply: Both the blue and red heelers are, I understand, partly derived from Australia’s indigenous dog, the dingo. Cheeky was adopted from the RSPCA animal pound, in Alice Springs, as a companion for Bluey.

Yes … the Boss does have a name. He was 16 years old before he found out his real name wasn’t “Shutup.”*
